School!

Yay so I uploaded or whatever a ton of CDs last night and was really happy to find that a bunch of them have some classical songs I love and have been looking for forever. Sadly the second chopin CD was really dissapointing, the playing was gorgeous (of course) but the music was just to roudy. The waltz CD is so goregous I just wish this one lived up to those standered. There was also this one CD of lute music from scotland that was really gorgeous and also I found a really good Miles Davis CD.

School has been good so far (I am still there, it's break right now) I went to starbucks for lunch and I couldn't believe it, THEY CHARGE YOU FOR FUCKING INTERNET GRRR! I hate them, but they are still my addiction and they have really cheap bagels too. So after that I went shoe shopping well I didn't get any shoes of course, it's durring my lunch break but it's fun to look! So then I went by moon struck and picked up a chocolate for my mom and a chocolate for me. They had the most adorable lady bug truffles but they were 3.50 a piece which I can't afford at all...

Me and my damn music...

Grrr, I still have accomplished zero work *sigh* Ok I typed like 3 paragraphs whoopdy fucking doo. So instead I am loading like 500 (ok 16) CDs onto my computer... Well maybe not all of them I just picked up the ones that looked interesting out of my parents collection and I am listening to them and downloading them now. Right now it's doing Classic Gershwin which I am soo happy they had, it has some of my very favorite songs on it and they are great really clean recordings. I also found the rest of this collection of chopin performed by Artur Rubinstein (one of my favorite pianists) and before I only had one CD and now I have the other one so YAY! I also found a bunch of Debussy which is cool even though I am feeling very murderous towards him right now for putting sooo many sharps in clair de lune it can be very irretating. I also got some classic celtic music and a tooon of Miles Davis so I should be well stocked. I still really want two CDs from itunes, Jack Johnson's first album (sooo addictive, I've been playing my one song from it non stop) and something by Skip James I am so damn addicted to him right now his songs are just so soulfull it makes modern music sound like crap and is great for a kind of blue/grey mood. NOW GO FASTER MAC GO! I HAVE 15 MORE CDS TO GET THROUGH! EEEKK! mmkay well now you know about me and my music addiction and my procastination problem hehe.

Done and not done.

So I have a lot of shit to do, homework, yeah that kind of shit *gags* So I have to do an essay on darwin's 4 postulates 4-5 pages due tomorrow (eeek, well the rough draft is done...) for bio. I need to read 7 chapters of the great gatsby for lit/comp plus notes (by tomorrow, and that's what hour long bus rides are for, right?) an essay about 3 generations of my family somewhat consistant to what I said in class (due tomorrow) and thats for sociology joy joy... And a five paragraph essay... IN FRENCH! FUCK! GAG! DIE! Grr... I so don't speak french... Well I guess I can ask what something is introduce myself and call someone a bastard and come on what else do you need to know in reality (or how much is that knowing my current clothing cravings...) but oohh no we are learning vocabulary for soccer, excuse moi, football *sigh* I don't get that game in english and I really don't get it in french... OH! It gets better, then I need to read a 2-3 (I can't remember) chapters of this book in french and summerize it and make decent looking comics out of it and do a sheet on passe compose. Grr.. And what have I done today? Well I've had two snacks, whatched three episodes of 30 rock, practised clair de lune on the piano (grrrr) read my daily blog allowance and charged my ipod and now I am procrastinating, YAY!

Blah. I want shoes.

Thoughts and cravings.

OK so I have become addicted to 30 rock. I have stayed loyal to my thursday shows since well forever so I never really watched it but I figured I should watch it online and I did and it's funny as hell, I loove Tina Fey *sigh* anyways yes watch it WAATCH IT! *gets out stop watch and attempts to hypnotize you* shit that totally doesn't work... Anyways...

I really want a new bag, ok random yes but I am random so go with it. I am thinking leather because I am really hard on my stuff and leather bags seem to last the longest for me (or canvas but I dont want a canvas bag, I already have one I like) I am thinking hobo or messenger style maybe black but I could go for brown but I want something really slouchy looking but still interesting. Currently I am in love with these bags: de Lacy specifically this bag and this bag. Now I do normally mind fur but cow hide just doesn't bother me, cow and sheep I can do but nothing else (mostly becaue I've had them for pets and love them too much..) like no rabbit, or wolf but those the fur is just uuuhhh. The bag is a weird mix of modern and almost primal plus I love how leather smells. Anyways back on the bag topic well sorta, I go to a major hippie school and most of my friends would drop kick me out of the window if I wore that, seriously. I just wouldn't want to piss people off. I know that sounds odd because I love the design for being unique and it would get some raised eyebrows but I just wouldn't want to offend people. But damn it's GORGEOUS!

Enough for now, I just thought I would put those out there and really check out the site he has some great bags!

Hello world! How are you? I'm fine. Haha yeah interesting introduction I've started here *whistles* Well, I'm Ariel though you my deeries can call me Ari and I have a brain stuffed full of thoughts so I figured I'd write them down somewhere. I really need to make a layout (I do know and love html, php and css, woooww go nerds!) but I am to lazy to do that right now... I guess I will end this post and start a new one with my current musings just to help feed my ocd hehe.
